I loved the kitchenette and overall homey feel.

Nothing bad to say.

This hotel was wonderful! There are not enough good words to describe the atmosphere, staff, extras, and convenience. If I ever travel to Brownsville again I will stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and included, the evening wine and beer were complimentary with food provided as part as stay. Free laundry services was also provided. Great room; wonderful breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. My luggage had been lost and the staff worked with me to get the luggage delivered from the airline and keep me posted on the progress while I was away at a meeting.

I thought the best thing about the hotel was the free breakfast! I think they need to continue service breakfast to at least 10am or 11am!

Breakfast needs to continue being served after 9:30am when your on vacation you don't always want to wake up early!

Good breakfast, nice rooms, good happy hour Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

Mold on ceiling in bathroom, thin walls.

Only one trash receptacle in the room.

I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. Amenities, service, cleanliness, value, all the things one would judge were excellent.

This hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. It still had a new building smell. It looked like it just opened.

I loved this hotel. All hotels should look this nice. Provide all the the ammenties and extras that this hotel provided:ex. like for the guest with extended stays they put laundry baskets in the room. It was just really nice.
